Great keyboard even though it doesn't have an on/off switch or holes for mounting straps. The manual is terrible and in my opinion, incomplete. Emailed tech support twice over 2 weeks ago and I guess their 24 hour reply isn't working. I'm not a beginner and don't claim to be an expert, but I can't get some of the basic functions to work properly with their own software instruments. Same problem with their midi control center manual, not enough information. I've read the manuals more than once, watched videos, went online and looked at the forums and faqs, and still have problems. If the manuals had more details, I bet the tech support calls would be reduced by at least 50%. and users might get a reply back within 24 hours. Again their software instruments are great and the keyboard is well built but don't expect them to work together easily, in stand-alone or in a DAW using VSTs or AUs.UPDATE: It took 11 days for Arturia to reply back to me not counting the day I sent it and received the reply. They sent me a page of info that I had already found and tried. It did not work. I sent my reply back a day after I heard back from them. I did notice that they changed their response time from 24 to 48 hours. Its been 48 hours and nothing yet.Excelente Calidad / PrecioThey lost one star for not shipping with what was advertised (wrong color, missing cloth, missing peddle, missing cable) and another star for not having some way to fasten it to a stand. They do sell stands for this type of thing but those stands don't have any kind of lip or nudge to make me feel safe around this very valuable equipment but it is exactly that; extremely valuable especially for the price ($280 USD). If this product was always available I would've shipped it back for an exchange but it's typically not so I don't want to risk losing it. I'm kind of falling in love.
