With the ATH-CKR55BT’s newly designed 10. 7 mm drivers and Bluetooth wireless technology (including access to the high-quality aptX and AAC codecs) you get powerful, full-range audio that goes wherever you go. The headphones also feature an in-line mic and controls, allowing you to answer calls, adjust volume and handle playback of music and videos on compatible smartphones and other devices, plus a built-in amplifier to enhance the audio’s depth and resolution. Machined brass stabilizers absorb unwanted vibration for clearer mid and high frequencies. The neckband design of the ATH-CKR55BT conveniently situates the in-line mic and controls for easy access and places the battery case on the upper back where, if desired, it can be attached to your shirt collar with the included clip. Also included are four sizes (XS, S, M, L) of interchangeable ear tips, 30 cm (11. 8") USB charging cable and a protective pouch. Like the headphones, the clip feels pretty flimsy so it would be nice to have a free improved replacement when it breaks - I feel pretty sure that it will. I do love the fit, it is well angled and doesn't move once it's in, however these are not for jogging. They will last about a few hundred meters before falling out. They sound above average for Bluetooth headphones but the clarity just can't compete with wired ones.I like the way they can hang in front of your neck-for taking phone calls or in back to listen to music and rest the amp. By the way, these things get pretty loud so don't go too crazy on the volume!UPDATE - I didn't expect break-in to be a factor but it certainly is. These things sound as good as I could hope for. They are turning out to be fairly robust as well. Many times to the gym but still are not "sport" phones.
