I was a bit leery of these when first purchased because they were my first pair of wireless earbuds, and because my ears are a bit oddly shaped making many in-ear buds uncomfortable. Shouldn't have worried, these things are great. Fit comfortably, good sound, great ANC, cute colour too. They charge fast in their case, and I love that I can put one in the case to charge as battery gets low and keep listening with the other, then swap them to charge the other bud, without ever having to stop listening. That's a huge sell for me, I hated waiting for my over-ear headset that wouldn't run while charging to recharge and having to stop what I'm doing in the meantime. I have used these nearly to death on a daily basis during commute, at the office, around my home, as I'm the kind of person who will have a constant stream of audiobooks or podcasts running in at least one ear as I go about my day. They connect fast, have decent range, and even mostly stay in my ears when I fall asleep wearing them lol. Solid noise cancelling, the ambient sound suffers a bit when there is a lot of background sound such as fans/HVAC but I've learned to live with it. My one wish is that the case had a setting to stop charging its own battery (when you have it plugged in or sitting on a wireless charge pad) once it reaches 100% - I can tell that its battery life has been reduced by the fact that for the first month or so, I would leave the case on the pad to charge overnight daily, leading to the "overcharging" phenomenon that reduces life and capacity of lithium batteries. By the time I realized it was doing this and didn't have any protections, too late, and the life of the case from each charge has been noticeably shorter ever since the second month. It would be nice to see a software update that allows it to "protect battery" on the case like a phone does. Other than that, no real complaints, other than that if you drop the case, the earbuds will pop out and roll away under your sofa lol. I've already bought a second identical pair to replace these when they die, I like them that much. Would love if Samsung just kept making them.
